    Brooke, a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach & Group Fitness Instructor, is the owner of Mama Beasts Parkway and is the mama to two littles.

    Brooke joined Mama Beasts as a client in early 2020 and found the supportive community and dynamic workouts to be an important component for mental & physical health in early motherhood.

    Brooke is an avid long-distance runner who strives to bring playfulness, positivity and honesty to your workouts and motherhood journey.

    Michaela is Mama Beast, certified Group Fitness Instructor, educator and mama to three littles.

    Don’t let Michaela’s infectious smile and big heart fool you, her workouts are equal parts creative, welcoming yet challenging and rewarding for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood.

  • Kate Wyman Langlais

    Kate is a Mama Beast, certified Yoga Instructor as well as 85-hour certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and mama to two littles.

    Kate coaches our Power & Presence Yoga class, a unique cardio & yoga focused workout. She brings gentle strength, compassion and a big smile to our community.
